Its also very well suited to a full time florist who is considering growing some of their own flowers to add to their designs or to run workshops.
A collection of 250 our best and strongest cut flower dahlia varieties designed to get you up and running.
Dahlias in this pack include:
- white dahlias (such as Boundary Snowflake and My Love) - by far the most requested dahlia colour and flower colour generally
- pink dahlias (such as Florelie Kindness and Miss Rose Fletcher and others)
- peach dahlias (such as African sunset and African Peach)
- purple dahlias (such as Florelie Janette and others)
- 25 mixed premium dahlias (a variety of premium dinner plates like Cafe au Lait and Carlos Watermelon, speckles like Florelie Morello and Mallacoota and others)
- BRAND NEW floret flower genetics (supplied as cuttings during season or if unsuccesful tubers at season close)
To plant this volume of flowers we reccomend 125m2 of planting space (you may need additional area for walk rows). However it is possible to plant in smaller or larger areas.
As part of this order you will also receive our guide on how to plant and care for your dahlias throughout the season and well as instructions on proper post harvest care and packaging for you dahlias.
Every growing area is different and flower production is based on a number of location and care specific factors however we would anticipate this number of plants would conservatively give you 50 bunches of dahlias each week for 8 weeks.
